Pupil Voice

Pupil Voice

At Coedcae School, we recognise that a positive relationship with school plays a vital role in a pupil’s motivation to learn. Our approach to Pupil Voice aims to ensure that pupil feedback is systematically integrated into our routines and curriculum.  This approach emphasises the value of pupil feedback as part of our commitment to inclusive, effective, and integrated learning, supporting each pupil’s educational journey.

Aims of Pupil Voice activity

Through a range of structures and approaches, our commitment to Pupil Voice seeks to:

- develop a whole-school approach to actively listen to pupil perspectives on all aspects of school life;

- encourage pupils to constructively participate in shaping their learning experience;

- ensure each pupil's feedback and opinions contribute to meaningful change and improvements;

- enhance pupil engagement by involving them in school decisions that reflect the aspirations and needs of the entire school community.
