Restart a Heart - Save a Life Cymru
This free, UK-wide annual event is designed to teach CPR and defibrillator awareness to primary and secondary school children. With most cardiac arrest happening within the home, we are more likely to know the person who needs our help.
Restart a Heart Live aims to make sure that both pupils and teachers are prepared and empowered to perform CPR when it matters most. Through Restart a Heart Live we hope to build confidence, start conversations in schools and help more people see themselves as potential lifesavers.

Mental Health Support
If you are struggling to cope, feeling overwhelmed or concerned about someone else, reaching out to others can be very beneficial. Many students experience these feelings – it's quite common, and staff are well-equipped to assist those who find their emotions challenging to manage.
Initially, you can talk to your Pupil Support Leader, Pupil Support Assistant, or our Safeguarding Officer (Mrs Allen). They are trained to provide support and can also connect you with professionals for further assistance. These experts are dedicated to helping individuals like you and are ready to listen. Remember, you are not alone.
Additionally, there are numerous organisations that offer information and support for those dealing with mental health issues. Links to these resources are provided below:
